Order as early as you can: your own order shows its estimated dispatch date before you pay. If the day is close, the emailed voucher is the present that arrives now.
Choose 25, 50, 75 or 100 in pounds, euros or dollars, or any amount from 20 to 250. Emailed with a printable PDF on the day you pick, up to 12 months ahead, so it can land on the birthday morning. Valid for 24 months.

Each record is made to order in our workshop. Every order shows an estimated dispatch date, worked out from our current workload, on the product page and at checkout, with an estimated delivery range for your country. If you need it for a special day, order as early as you can. For how long recent orders have actually taken, see our "VinylArt Co in numbers" page, which shows the measured figures.
Use Report an issue on the order in My orders: it opens once the order has been dispatched and goes straight to the team. Or get in touch. Most issues are sorted quickly by email, and if your record has a genuine fault or was damaged on the way, we'll replace it. Please let us know within 14 days of it arriving. As custom-made items, our records are exempt from "change of mind" returns under UK consumer law, but we stand behind our work. Some of our most valued customers started with a replacement order. We're here to make it right.
Yes. We hold an MCPS-PRS Limited Manufacture licence that covers commercial tracks for private, personal use. Wedding playlists, birthday compilations, anniversary mixes—all fine.
If you have both versions, send both and we'll choose whichever works best for vinyl. If you only have one version, that's fine too.
Like any record, it lasts with care. Keep it in its sleeve, store it upright, keep it clean and play it with a decent stylus, and it will give you years of listening.
A 7-inch picture disc holds one song (up to 6 minutes). A 10-inch picture disc holds up to 14 minutes and a 12-inch picture disc up to 20, both on one playing side. A 12-inch classic vinyl holds up to 20 minutes on each of its two sides. The playlist builder in the designer shows what fits as you add each song.
Yes. Write it on the matt-white back of any picture disc, print it on the centre label, or put it on a printed cover. The labels and covers are added in the designer.
