Wow! My order was a birthday present for my sister, and I was honestly a little worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I had to put together the songs for the vinyl really quickly, and since I placed the order on a Saturday without creating an account on their website, by Tuesday morning I was a bit worried I wouldn’t be able to track the order or get in touch with the company if there was a problem. I was even planning to email them to explain the situation… But before lunchtime that very same day, I realized the vinyl had already arrived! It took just 2 business days to arrive! I had a very short window of opportunity to get artwork and audio for a 12” record mastered and pressed. I let Mariana know my situation and she managed to get these ready for my brothers 50th birthday party. We performed together for the first time at the venue for 30 years that night. The record was the first pressing of songs we recorded back then so all in all if was pretty amazing to present the record on time! What a brilliant company! I got in touch via email for a last minute request for my father’s wedding (including 3x songs to be played on the big day). Ive just ordered another record from them. I write music and I prefer vinyl to cds. At one time I couldn't have had my music put onto record it would have been either impossible or far too expensive. I lovveee it!! It’s really simple to design your own vinyl, the team is super supportive!! I was confused with some points and emailed them, within 1 hour I got a perfectly explaining answer. Never felt so comfortable with a website and service like that. The vinyl took 3 to 4 business days to arrive, it was completely safe packed and turned out so cute. I ordered a heart shaped vinyl and a 10cm Cover for it. The vinyl is perfect and has high quality, the front picture from the cover was a little blurry but that was my own fault, I didn’t notice that I uploaded in low quality, the back picture turned out perfectly fine. Ordered a7” clear vinyl of my grandsons bands first single, released on all the streaming platforms. This Town and Back To You by THE SPIRES. It was so easy to do from start to finish. It was delivered quicker than they estimated, well packaged so no damage. I had left everything blank to add my own art work. So excited to play it and we were not disappointed. It played perfectly. Ok, so this is a longish one! I had originally given a poor rating because I'd placed my order and then heard nothing despite following up quite a few times. After I posted that review, at my wits end, Marshall reached out. The IT gremlins had come to play. The website had somehow lost a few orders, one of them being mine. Well, after Marshall found out, apart from sorting the IT, he pulled out all the stops to get me my order, pronto. It's a fab mix and the songs are deeply personal to me. There were a few pops on the record, but that is left over from the pressing process and quickly removed with a soft cloth. So thankyou Marshall and team, you turned this doubting Thomas around and I would recommend you.

In 1982 I played a band called Poker. We recorder a demo on cassette. I had it digitized and cleaned by an audio engineer then uploaded the files and foto's. It took some time due to Christmas peak so in januari my album was delivered in very nice condition. Actually the album is fabricated on acryl I think. Sounded very good but the experience to have my own album is fantastic.

I cannot express how obsessed I am with my new record 🥹 I really wanted the soundtrack to the 1997 animated film on vinyl but unfortunately it was never released on that format. I was only limited to 6 songs but I didn’t mind because I was able to choose my favourites from the soundtrack. I even let myself get a bit creative by putting myself on the cover and a sleeping Pooka beside the iconic Anastasia music box 🥹✨🥀

As a present for my friends, I ordered 2 lathe cuts of a playlist of our favorite band. The entire process was very simple, I only needed to upload the A side and B side that I wanted for the vinyl. The lathe cuts sound great on each of their record players, although it seems like it did need to get broken in on the first play. However, I did need to pay for shipping and duties twice to get it delivered to Canada. Well worth the wait.

I had also created my own front and back cover with the play list. I was emailed to say the jpeg had compressed the file to ,u h and therefore the text was illegible. This was great service. I wanted a picture 12” vinyl plus sleeve for a friend’s special birthday. The quality of what I received is beyond excellent - nice thick card for the sleeve, glowing colours on the actual vinyl, and all impeccably wrapped in a thick clear plastic sleeve, just like they used to be. Prompt replies from the team, and Jasper even kindly helped with text layout on the vinyl. The turnaround was really fast - within 2 weeks from order to receiving it. Highly recommend.

Ordered a custom vinyl for a friend that just released a single, I was able to repeat the 7 minute song twice on a 14 minute disc. The art on the cover and disc are absolutely incredible! Sound quality plays flawlessly and the added fade fits perfect between the songs. The artist LOVED the gift!

The vinyl came out so good. It had great quality in music and in printing. The only thing that was unfortunate, was the prices. Living in the US makes shipping and tax extremely expensive on top of the standard pricing. However, I love the record and think it is a great product.

Had a 10” clear EP with cover and centre labels made of some old music I wrote about 25 years ago. Could not be happier with it! Sounds amazing and the cover is absolute quality. Had a minor issue with the cover as I’d accidentally overlaid 2 images in the configurator, but they sorted it very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

I can’t express how thrilled I am with the album covers and vinyl labels! I created 16 album covers for an MFA course and fortunately discovered Vinyl Art when it came to having them printed. The quality is excellent! Plus each album cover came with a record sleeve and a nice vinyl protective cover. The cost for both the products and shipping to the USA was very reasonable! One of the only sellers I could find that still had global shipping, a reasonable price and 20 minutes of playtime per side. Customer service was very friendly! The delivery was a bit unclear, because the track and trace didn't work very well, so I didn't know when to expect my vinyl. In the end I waited a bit longer than I was hoping for, but goddamn did they hit the ball out of the park. The vinyl, cover and sticker on the LP were delivered in a perfect state, and it was perfect on the outside and on the inside. The sound quality was really good too! 10/10 would definitely buy another vinyl here in the future!

I ordered my Custom 7-Inch Picture Disc Vinyl a couple of days before travelling abroad, where I was shooting a music video for which I needed the picture disc. I left a polite note with my order asking for speedy processing and Marshall did a great job preparing and shipping my purchase in less than 24 hours. The service was actually amazing. This was literally the only company I found that let me do both an uploaded recording and official music, and the sound quality of both were absolutely amazing!! The emails as well were so helpful and the delivery was so fast I was genuinely so surprised - I was expecting it to arrive in a month or so but it came in less than a week which was perfect. I have made 2 orders with Vinyl Art Co now and both have been absolutely flawless. Their customer service is out of this world! The sound quality is honestly so great, I barely notice a difference between these and official pressed albums! I made a heart shaped picture disc which is awesome and a custom Christmas album for my husband which is his favourite gift he’s ever gotten. They do everything the correct way- including not using licensed photos (sadly for me as I’d love to make some customs to fill some rare vinyl gaps in my collection from my favourite artists but I respect them for doing things properly!) Prices are so reasonable too. I have a list of customs I want to create on my phone so it’s just a case of waiting for a month to treat myself :) If you’re looking for custom vinyl, definitely go to these guys!

I can’t say enough about these guys. The process of choosing songs and uploading artwork was so easy I was expecting something to go wrong, but the end product turned out absolutely perfectly. This was an anniversary gift for my wife so it was very important to me. Creating the playlist for the vinyl was as easy as stating the songs I wanted and in which order. The songs sound great, the artwork looks great, and the whole package just feels really well put together. On top of it all, the attention to detail is great and you get an email with the mastered songs to confirm they are right and sound as expected. Finally, I couldn’t believe how quick the turnaround was - I’m based in the UK and I received the two vinyl albums almost exactly a week after I made the order. Honestly excellent stuff.

My own personal experience of vinylart.co was fantastic. I found their website extremely easy to use and navigate, while their customisation tools for the vinyl itself were also pretty straight forward to use. I decided to go for a custom 7" picture disc and 7" vinyl sleeve/cover for my wife's anniversary present. I managed to upload our first dance song which was never released on vinyl. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that my entire order cost less than £40 delivered for a single production product, when most companies would have a minimum order of say 50 units. I placed my order on 13/03/2025 and put a short note on the order to ask if it was possible to have the order delivered by 21/03 as our anniversary is on 22/03. Shortly after placing the order I received an email from Marshall to say he had seen my note and had pushed my order forward which I was extremely grateful for. To my surprise my order then arrived on 15/03, less than 48hrs after ordering! I checked it all over, the sleeve was really good quality and the card is thick enough to feel luxury. My photos were printed clear and crisp, but probably due to using high resolution images from our wedding photographer. The picture disc itself also looks amazing and plays perfectly. I'm over the moon with the service, communication, production and delivery times and how the vinyl looks all in all. I can't fault them.

Well i've had 5 custom records made so far and i dont see what other people are on about with the vinyl's you do need a decent turntable or a good sound set up to enjoy vinyl records. Love my records from them wiil get more in future if i think oh yeah i want that on vinyl.

This was THE Perfect gift for a bunch of vinyl addicts celebrating 10years + service at the Agency where I work. I had little time to pull this gift together and was working solo to make sure it came as a total surprise to everyone receiving it including the CEO and Senior Team. I was ecstatic when I saw Vinylart.co they delivered within 2 days, so once I had gathered the teams favourite songs and whittled them down, I ordered on the Friday expecting it to arrive by the Tuesday with time to spare for the grand reveal at a staff/client party on the Thursday. Turns out I had read wrong and lead time was 2 days ONCE DISPATCHED. eeek! Marshall was amazing. He called me as I had gone over the audio time limit. He edited the songs beautifully and asked me to resend my artwork as he was sure the files I had previously sent would be blurry. Ordered a 10” vinyl with a personalised cover - both looked great and I’m so pleased with the quality, they put two songs on the vinyl as I’d requested and they sound fantastic. Website was a little bit glitchy when I first tried to place an order, but I got in touch and someone replied straight away to help. My vinyl was a gift and they loved it, best present ever!

It was really easy to place an order with them, put your own design and add songs by choice. It also came in 6 days time, so pretty fast for my opinion. The order package did arrive bent and I was scared my vinyl would be too, because compared with other vinyl packages it wasn’t at the same level of strength. But overall it wasn’t bent. I don’t have a record player myself so no clue what the sound is like tho. But I’m happy with my order and it’s a great way to suprise someone!
