Weekends are spent behind the decks or putting on the night, so Nick knows exactly what a record has to survive in a real room. In the workshop he's our go-to whenever something beeps, blinks or needs plugging in.
Spent more hours DJing in 2026 than you spent deciding what to watch on Netflix.

Steady hands · folk-pop alchemist
Brilliant with anything small and fiddly, and sweats every detail until it's right. Off the clock he's building a new live set: drum machine, drone, nylon guitar. It starts abstract and ends up somewhere folk-pop. Our obligatory Northerner.

A machine in the workshop: consistent, reliable, order after order. Bish, bash, bosh. Makes out-there electronica under the name Bodhi, and won't stop twiddling with that bassline until you feel it in your patella. Eats tuna with the quiet confidence of a man who has never once been let down by a tin, and turns out for 5-a-side on legs powered entirely by it.

Builds the code, the machines and the cutting set-up, and won't stop until every problem's solved — the reason your record ships in days, not weeks. Reports directly to , the real founder and boss of the company.

Dutch grafter · tropical mixmaster
Spent so long collecting records, the next step was to learn how they're made. These days he's cutting and polishing the diamonds our records are cut with — and still DJing as Mr Chong. Runs on bread, cheese and the odd cold sandwich. Very tall. Very Dutch. Fast on a bike.
Buys more records than he eats hot meals.
