Yes. It is a digital VinylArt Co gift card: a code, emailed to them or to you, with a printable A5 PDF. They add it to their account and spend it on any order in the shop.

Choose “Them, by email” with today’s date and it is emailed once your payment goes through. Pick a later day, up to 12 months ahead, and it goes at 9am UK time that morning. You get a receipt now, and a copy of the code once it has been sent. Choose “Me” and it is emailed to you. The only exception is a 12-hour security check on some first vouchers.

It is a security check on new buyers. It applies only when all three are true: you are not signed in, the voucher is £100 or more, and your email address has never bought a voucher before. Then the email, and the PDF on the thank-you screen, wait 12 hours after payment. A send date inside those 12 hours goes when the hold ends; a later date is not affected. Signed in, a voucher is never held.

Choose “A record” in the form and pick one, with a printed cover if you like. Today's price becomes the voucher's value, locked when you pay, and the voucher says which record and what it's worth. It is still credit: they can make that record, a different one, or spend it on anything. If prices change later, the credit stays the same.

Yes. Choose “Me”: the voucher is emailed to you with a printable A5 PDF attached, and you can download it from the thank-you screen too. If the 12-hour check applies, the email and the PDF wait until it ends.

They press Redeem now in their email, or type the code on the redeem page or at checkout. They see the amount, who it is from and your message, then sign in or create a VinylArt Co account, and one click adds the credit. Each code works once.

Anything in the shop: records, covers, centre labels and stickers, and the delivery too. If the order costs more, they pay the rest by card. Anything left stays in their account. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

An unused voucher is valid for 24 months from purchase, and the date is printed on it. Once it is in their account, the credit never expires.

Yes. Each of you can buy a voucher for them, and the credit adds up in their account. One email address or one internet connection has a daily limit of 3 vouchers, £500 in total; for more, email workshop@vinylart.co. To pay for one record together instead, whoever designs it chooses Split the cost at checkout, and each person pays an equal share by card.

Email workshop@vinylart.co. Their email address can be changed until the voucher is used, and the send date until it is sent. Unused vouchers can be refunded to you within 14 days of purchase. If you lose the code, email the same address.
