I cannot recommend this company enough! I ordered a custom vinyl record and sleeve for my brother's twenty-first birthday, but unfortunately, I placed my order far too late. According to the website, there was no way it could arrive in the Netherlands on time. However, the incredible team went above and beyond to make it happen! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. They even responded to my emails as late as 9 PM, doing absolutely everything they could to get my order delivered in time. And somehow, they pulled it off! The package actually arrived well before his birthday, despite the seemingly impossible deadline! The final product was absolutely outstanding. Both the sound quality and the appearance of the vinyl and custom sleeve exceeded all my expectations. By far the coolest gift I've ever given! A massive thank you to the entire team for their dedication and customer service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely fantastic service! I placed my order on Wednesday Sep 30 and it was delivered on Friday, 2 Oct. Just in time for the birthday. I really appreciate that this may not always be possible, but the team went above and beyond to meet our deadline, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Within just a few minutes, I had everything ready and was able to submit my order. Only a few hours later, I received a confirmation from the team that the selected music had been approved. The shipping fee is a little high, but in my opinion, the final product is definitely worth it. The vinyl arrived within just three business days and the quality was really impressive. Update: they were going through a technical overhaul and it slipped through. They have gotten in touch to resolve the issue and I received a new copy for free. Original: I like the website, it works well. The delivery was fast and packaged well. I am happy with the visual look and quality of the physical product. I was not aware the image would be a sticker on the back, but it's fine, it looks good. The sound quality of the music is good enough for me. The problems are that I received no email communication about my order and the product just showed up on my doorstep. More importantly, the record is mono only and only provides sound through 1 speaker. The amplifier I have does not even register sound on the second channel. I sent an email requesting assistance and have not heard any response or even confirmation of reception.
