We’re now closed for our Christmas break after an incredible year. We’ve dispatched all orders placed before our cut-off and had a great time doing it! It’s now time for us to take two weeks to rest and recharge.

For Tracking Information:

If you’re looking for tracking details, please visit vinylart.co/my-account, where you can find your tracking links. You may also have received a separate email from Royal Mail, UPS, or another carrier upon dispatch. If, for any reason, you cannot locate your tracking or dispatch email:

  • If your order status is “Sent” or “Order Sent,” it means your item is on its way to the exact shipping address you provided, using the contact information you supplied.
  • Please note that some orders shipped via postal methods (not UPS) are experiencing delays, and tracking information may be limited or delayed between the departure country and delivery. In some cases, tracking doesn’t update until after delivery.
  • Rest assured, if an item does go missing, we will make it right as soon as we return. Sometimes it’s worth contacting a local mail depot also for misdeliveries.

For Order Issues:

We strive to deliver top-quality products year-round. If there’s a problem with your order, please send us a clear explanation, along with photos or videos and your order number. This will help us diagnose the issue quickly when we get back, ensuring we can provide the best possible solution. Rest assured if we have made some QC error we will always work with you on a solution. Thanks for your patience and understanding. 

For New Orders:

You’re welcome to place new orders during our break. We’re not halting sales, and the website will provide accurate estimated dispatch dates once we’re back in the workshop on January 3rd.
