16. No delivery dates are guaranteed. We provide the best estimates shared by our delivery partners. Late delivery does not entitle a customer to a refund, however we will always correct any mis-shipments promptly.
17. We may deliver in installments if necessary, without extra charge.
18. Responsibility for the Goods transfers to you upon delivery.
Risk and Title
19. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.
20. Goods remain our property until fully paid for.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
21. You can withdraw an Order before the Contract is made without liability.
22. You can cancel the Contract only at the verifying stage. Once the Order progresses to printing, mastering, or cutting, cancellations are not allowed.
Conformity and Guarantee
23. We are obligated to supply Goods that conform to the Contract. Upon delivery, Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
24. Manufacturer guarantees apply and do not affect your legal rights.
25. Our after-sales service includes technical support via our support contact page.
Defective Products Policy
26. In the rare case that there are defects or technical issues, our policy is to replace the product, not refund it. If a replacement doesn’t resolve the issue, further testing will be conducted to ensure the order meets specifications. This may require us to receive the records back for our own testing. This will be carried out within 48h of receiving the items back.
